Now you try to eat right, you start getting some exercise, you think great &amp;ndash; I&amp;rsquo;m doing all the right stuff &amp;ndash; rapid weight loss on its way. Then reality sets in... You weigh in and the numbers just aren&amp;rsquo;t there. You&amp;rsquo;ve lost one pound or two, but nothing like you think you &amp;ldquo;earned&amp;rdquo; with all that work and sacrifice you put in. Well that&amp;rsquo;s where the patience comes in...&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;You see, the scale is just a stupid hunk of metal. It&amp;rsquo;s not some ruler of the earth that has special powers and if it feels like can grant you a great big easy weight loss. It ain&amp;rsquo;t like that! Sometimes the scale will tell you you&amp;rsquo;ve gained weight even though you&amp;rsquo;re sure you lost. Sometimes weeks can go when the numbers barley budge. Then suddenly you&amp;rsquo;ll hit a patch of fast easy weight loss. The point is, have patience and the numbers will come.
